PIP started the beginning of its artist career back in 2009 as Deejay and instructor in Bogota Colombia, at an academy called Deejay academy, run by Andres Power A.K.A Outcode. 

In 2011 is when his career rocketed up, being  deejay resident of clubs like Radio Berlin, Cinema and The End in Bogota. His music style by then was strongly influenced by Tech and deep house  grooves. In 2012 hi was part of an artist agency called Dropkick music records, Which gave him the chance to share the decks with big artist names like Paco osuna, Nicole moudaber, rino cerrone, Ilario alicante, Lee foss , ray okpara, Technasia, D-formation, marco bailey, Alexi delano, tiefschwarz, ramon tapia, daniel sanbchez, frivolous and the junkies.

In 2013 PIP made its way to Australia and settled down in Melbourne. His first step within the underground scene was thanks to the artist Luca tann which gave him the opportunity to show his to this new world that was for him quite unknown. His music then took a different approach toward the minimal sound and playful looping waves typical of the genre. Since then he has been quite influential within the minimal house scene in Melbourne. while taking part in different party collectives like, Frequency, The Breakfast club, Warehouse 3000, Summit, Circus Sundays, S.A.S.H Melbourne, Umbrella Music.

In 2022 he launched his own record label called Groove Waves which have had a couple of debouts through the last year.
