A tradition started by the very first Mothers Club in Australia in 1917 at Princes Hill Primary School. The Bazaar is an annual fund raising event held by the school community in which donated and used goods, such as books, clothes and household items are sold together with new, handcrafted and home-baked wares. A network of dedicated parents, merchants, and talented craftspeople contribute to make the Bazaar a bustling marketplace which is eagerly anticipated in the Spring of every year.
Today, the Bazaar has grown and developed with the needs of the wider community. With rides for the amusement of the children, entertainment showcasing the talent of the wider school community, together wit a food & beverage offer, people are always coming back for more. People stay for the day to enjoy what the Bazaar has to offer.
