The Swedish born and bred DJ and music producer Sundelin (Sandra Sundelin), now also officially an Aussie, has since the start of 2013 been a part of the techno and house scene in Melbourne. Throughout her career she has played at some of Melbourne’s most iconic clubs such as Revolver Upstairs, Lounge, Brown Alley, My Aeon and Killing Time. She’s supported various big name such as KiNK, Victor Ruiz, Bloody Mary (back to back), Spencer Parker, Jay Lumen, DJ Tennis, DJ Deep, Randomer, Stimming, Robert Babicz, MOSCA, Ben Pearce, Roman Poncet/Traumer, and many more.
Sundelin is the founder of Kontrast Collective which has run numerous successful club nights at venues like OneSixOne, Revolver Upstairs, New Guernica, Brown Alley, Platform One, and My Aeon; and have hosted a variety of international artists such as DJ Hell, Cleric, Randomer, as well as Fuse record label artists – Seb Zito, Enzo Siragusa, and Rich NXT.
During the past couple of years Sundelin has taken a break from event management and instead knuckled down in the studio, and we are finally starting to see the results of this effort as her track “Revelation” was released on the VA compilation ’Tauten Warriors 6’ on Tauten Records in December 2019 and in October last year her first EP named ‘Development’ was released on BlackVogue Records. Furthermore, her track “Begin To Move” was released a week later on “Phuture Techno Vol. 3” for Layer909.
Her latest EP Ego Die released on White Line Music is now out on Beatport with “Breaking Through The Confusion” as the second original track.
