“Andertwin” is the duo collaboration project of Phillip Islandian brothers of destruction, BANDO & Sult. They featured on the Kiss FM Guest Mix earlier in the month and was so good, I had to get them back for the extended mix and interview!
The 2 producers have individually been climbing their way into track signings with local, national, and international record labels in recent years. Now with a number of fresh releases under the new alias, Andertwin.
Both of them are artists, and have been producing unique flavours of techno at a pace somewhat distant from each other; and the noise they create together is a fusion of both tastes: a chaotic & melodic blend of jaw-clenching sounds.
Andertwin creates a style not easily defined by any one genre. If the mother of bush techno was psychedelics and that birthed child was raised in an industrial warehouse, the childs name would be Andertwin, the original mix.
