CONNOR MCLELLAND BIOGRAPHY
Making waves throughout the Australian dance music scene, Connor Mac has firmly established his own unique progressive house music flavour by incorporating a mixture of both psychedelic and organic found sounds, inspired by the Australian outdoor bush era.
Pre having a nearly a decade of music production under his belt, Connor played drums and guitar for many bands during his early days before turning towards dance music in 2012.
Over the years, Connor has released on prolific labels such as Recovery Collective, Ugenius Records, BC2 Records, Feather Print Records and Suck Music to name a few.
Holding a strong residency at Sooki Lounge and playing frequent gigs at some of Melbourne’s finest institutions such as Revolver Upstairs, My Aeon, Tramp Bar and Brown Alley alongside being on support for international heavyweights such as Reinier Zonneveld, Sebastien Leger, Quivver, Khen, Dosem, Kasper Koman and Jeremy Olander.
Key highlights of his career would have to be playing a pop up renegade rave atop the El Carmel WWII bunkers in Barcelona with a 360 degree panoramic view of the city, and performing at a number of renowned Victorian outdoor music festivals such as Rainbow Serpent, Earthcore and Babylon Festival.
