Why floating support all other therapies:

The benefits of floatation therapy are endless. Stress in any of its forms leads to pain, muscular tension from daily life, and you or someone you know will have suffered with lower-back pain, neck pain, had a work or sporting injury and is undergoing rehab of some sort and mental health are some of the many reasons why we seek out medical advice.

Floatation therapy is a great complimentary treatment to have before your specialised therapy session, both patient and practitioner report that it is easier to make adjustments to the body, consider having a float before your next acupuncture, massage, physiotherapy, or clinical Pilates. Our guests report they are calmer and clearer in their psychotherapy and counsellors’ sessions as well. The simple act of floating in an Epsom salt solution enables the body to experience zero gravity, this allows for over 20% of the brains resources to be redirected to self-healing and helping the system process change.

By having a float session before or after your next therapy, you are giving your body the chance to align muscles and fascia allowing for total relaxation and healing.  When the body reaches a certain amount of relaxation, it can cause positive physical results including reduced muscle tension, decreased blood pressure, an increased sense of serenity and a sense of peace and calm.
