Hailing from Nottingham, UK, Bucko has been entertaining dance floors for near on 10 years. Taking influences from the early years of Rave and 90’s house whilst growing up on heavy doses of UK garage and niche, these sounds still ring true today in Bucko’s DJ sets.

Through the years, Bucko has been involved in multiple Collaborations and groups. Starting life out as one half of DJ duo Elektro Attire with fellow house head, Sam Mason, this turned out to be very fruitful venture. The duo held down various club night residencies in Nottingham and Bristol, whilst embarking on their ever-popular weekly radio show on Nottingham’s Rogue FM.

Following on from Elektro Attire, Bucko pushed a solo movement whilst most noticeably partnering with DJ/producer Jigsaw, this entailed many years of sound clash naughtiness and brought on the ‘Bucko and Jigsaw Show’ on Rogue FM, then onto Local Motive Radio. With the aid of the energy and passion that Bucko exerts, this led to successfully holding down a weekly radio slot for over 5 years.

As well as a weekly radio show and various club nights, Bucko’s still aligned very strongly with one brand in particular: Where You At…… This band has is still shaping the house/techno scene in the UK and Bucko has been a part of that Movement since the start. Throwing shapes behind the decks at Where You At nights, whilst playing his special blend of long mixes and progressive builds has got be one of his favourite pastimes.
