Event Details

There probably isn’t another dj / producer out there who can boast producing or co producing over 120 US billboard number 1’s, 122 to be precise. Known as the dj’s dj simply because most house djs on the planet will have some of his tracks in their collection. Eric was music partner with the late great godfather of house Frankie Knuckles known as “The Directors CUT”. They worked, wrote & co produced some of house music’s most successful and best known tracks.

In constant demand and one of the busiest producers on the planet – the who’s who that Eric has produced or remixed for is truly incredible. Aretha Franklin, Gloria Gaynor, Donna Summer, Cece Peniston, Janet Jackson, Calvin Harris, Earth Wind and Fire, McFaden & Whitehead, Moloko, Ariana Grande, Christina Aguilera, Pink, Shakira. The list goes on…

Eric is one of the most prolific and successful Dj / producers in the soulful house scene.

Eric topped the charts yet again on traxsource to close out 2023 in December with a remix of Nirvana’s “It Smells like Teen Spirit” featuring Jaidene Veda. He was a keyboard player for several post-punk bands before hitting the house remix-session circuit in the 1980s, Eric “K-Scope” Kupper made his dance debut providing keys for top remixers like Frankie Kuckles and David Morales, who recorded Kupper’s “The Whistle Song” for his 1990 album Beyond the Mix.

Kupper later made the move to production himself, working on tracks with PM Dawn, Connie Harvey, and Ru Paul, as well as remixes for Kate Bush, Army of Lovers, and 808 State. He debuted his own project, K-Scope, on two 1995 EPs for Tribal America, then released his debut album, From the Deep, later that year. Instant followed in 1998.

Eric Kupper celebrates his 38th year of House Music in 2024. He has garnered 122 #1 Billboard records for artists spanning many genres. 2020 saw the release of The Diana Ross album “Supertonic” which exclusively features his remixes of many of her classic recordings. Kupper runs Hysteria Records, now celebrating its 28th anniversary.

In 2024 ERIC KUPPER continues to produce and perform at various venues and events around the world and duly delivers incredible DJ performances.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and we pay our respects to them, to their culture, and their Elders past and present.
This is an 18 event.
