Yep its been a long time since we did a whole show under 80 bpm’s.. some of you run a mile when you hear the word “dubstep” rolled out, but let me tell you this is well worth the effort to get a earful.
With some highly talented remix action across the whole show as well as some classic old skool tunes getting a full rinse out EG: doorly hat planet remix of Leftfield’s Phat Planet.. & a notation rework of The Moebius by Orbital plus some killer reggae style steppers to warm your soul… so blow up your subsonic bass lilo and come float in this pool of bass madness.

We got inspired by some listeners feedback & discussion on early U.S. west coast style groove and their use of big baselines being the centre focus in a lot of the tunes from the early 90’s.

So its all about baselines (like most weeks) but with a deep U.S.A feel, they can be a little Dubby, Trippy even Spacey.
Lets call it an audio inspired odyssey, that bringing flavours & sounds from the roots of many cultures around the globe to fuse this crazy genre, that i like to call Dub-Ska House Disco.
