Doing a special guest mix on  WEATHERALL this week..

Cover bottom of a pie dish with rolled out pastry, add apples and repeat with the rest of the pastry on top. Cut around edge of the pie dish with a knife and press layers together with a floured fork. Brush with a little milk and sprinkle with caster sugar. Bake and serve with a slice of cheese. Devour and enjoy your acid adventure. Apple Pie.
