🎞 ABOUT THE FILMS:
“IMPERMANENCE” – At the world’s largest academy of Buddhism in eastern Tibet, three young monks pursue spiritual practice for the benefit of all beings. Under China’s ‘modernisation’ agenda, however, their world is torn down around them, threatening their homes and their lives. Utilising their teachings as tools for survival, their stories reveal the cyclic nature of Tibetan resilience that has prevailed over centuries.
“WUNYUNGAR (MESSENGER)” – One man’s walk for truth, healing and unity. He will make history, but can he make lasting change? Alwyn Doolan is a Gooreng Gooreng Wakka Wakka man from Queensland who completed the longest walk in modern Aboriginal history, from Cape York to Canberra via Tasmania, to deliver three Message Sticks to the Australian Government. This is the official documentary of his story.
