Laneway has come along way from its humble 2004 Melbourne beginnings. Now taking place in Melbourne, Fremantle, Adelaide, Sydney, Auckland, Singapore and (new this year) Detroit, Laneway has become a truly international affair.

From a strong start Laneway have been clever in building on their success  and it is, without doubt, now regarded as one of Australia’s finest. Due in no small part to their uncanny ability to pick zeitgeist lineups each year.

As always this year’s Australian tour shows the true reach of the festival by featuring both global (Warpaint & Run the Jewels US, Four Tet & JaimeXX UK, Cashmere Cat NR to name a few) alongside familiar, and new, homegrown acts.
