WELCOME TO THE VISCERAL RADIO FAMILY…

To kick off Visceral Radio’s ‘LIVE-IN-STUDIO’ series for 2024, we have the pleasure of hosting one of Melboure’s, if not Australia’s most experienced and respected music selectors. 

We will be sitting down and chewing the fat with DJ KITI on all things music related, before she graces the decks with some of her favourite selections. 

ABOUT:

Born and bred in Australia’s creative capital, Melbourne, Tamara Kiti has remained at the forefront of the local electronic music scene for over 20 years. Kiti’s love of music started from a very young age; she was an avid record collector, a classically trained flautist and a keen club kid, making her the diverse and eclectic DJ she is today.

For the majority of her tenure as a DJ, Kiti has been a staple at some of Australia’s most prolific parties and institutions, including Melbourne Techno Collective, Dark Mofo Festival in Hobart, Piknik Electronik at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, Melbourne Music Week and Revolver Upstairs.

Kiti is a go-to for local bookers, frequently receiving the call-up to support some of the world’s most renowned international artists, including DJ Hell, Marcel Dettmann, Nina Kraviz, Matrixxman, Dopplereffekt, A Guy Called Gerald and Kevin Saunderson, to name a few.

Following an interrupted couple of years because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kiti has remained a mainstay in Australia’s electronic music scene, continuing to excel at her craft as a DJ.
