Lee Started DJing at the tender age of 14 in 1988, playing at house parties and residency at a local bar by 15 and also promoting his own events for school leavers
He made his first appearance on GENISIS FM Pirate radio at 16 before moving to SUNRISE FM at 17 London’s largest underground station at the time. He later moved to WEEKND RUSH – PLEASURE / SHINE FM. Whilst honing his skills at numerous clubs and raves throughout London. Later on moving to world renowned Housefm.net from 2013- 2021.
As his career progressed, Lee moved into music production and Established GROOVEYARD RECORDS, he had a number of releases on this label, the most prolific being underground classic THE CHEESE & PICKLE EP in 1996 , KUTZ FROM THE LAB another anthem on the underground circuit and he is regarded as one of the UK Garage scenes Pioneers. He went on to establish a number of sister labels FLOORBANGERS, TEST PRESS, SANDPAPER RECORDINGS being a few of them, successful tracks were also released to add his Discography list of over 40, 3-4 track EP's under different aliases.
Over the years Lee has worked alongside many of the world’s Elite and after moving to Perth he continues to rub shoulders with the heavyweights.
Just a hand full of acts Lee Bramley has supported over his career include MASTERS AT WORK, TODD TERRY, ROGER SANCHEZ, DAVID MORALES, SIMON DUNMORE, FARLEY JACK MASTER FUNK, MARSHALL JEFFERSON, DANNY RAMPLING, TALL PAUL, JEREMY HEAL, VICTOR SIMONELLI, MIGUEL CAMPBELL, DREEM TEEM, FRANKIE FONCETT, EZ, MATT JAM LAMONT, ARTFUL DODGER, GRANT NELSON, MR V, DERRICK CARTER, MARIBOU STATE, SOUL CLAP, STACEY PULLEN, NIC FANCUILLI, DR PACKER, CASSIAN, MAX CHAPMAN, WIESS, X-PRESS 2, CLAPTONE, BRANDON BLOCK, SEB FONTAINE, TERRY FARLEY, SAM DIVINE, LOW STEPPA, and a regular for DEFECTED, CLOCKWORK ORANGE, T1000 EVENTS plus many more, as well as cementing a regular spot for KINKY MALINKI in Oz, and Bali.
With journeys back to London to Play for the 51st State festival and Ministry of Sound. Lee is continuing to work on Music Productions, and is owner of GROOVE YARD STUDIO, where students come in to learn the art of music production & DJing.
He has also promoted numerous successful events throughout London, before Moving to Australia, where Lee has established a niche market promoting his own nights, keeping the UK vibe alive worldwide., (GROOVE YARD PROMOTIONS) – which also made some noise in Ibiza with its weekly night for the 2017 season along with Collaborating with GLITTERBOX, KINKY MALINKI Australia, 1882, FOLLOW ME, HABITAT, SOLEE EVENTS LOCKED, and CLOCKWORK ORANGE in Australia.
