Kelly O’s life in the public eye started young, an obsession with music and endless energy led her to dancing on massive rave stages in the early 90’s. Whilst dancing for the legendary Raindance raves she was asked to perform by Carl Cox on Top of the Pops for the track I Want You.

Raindance also led to her being part of the line up for legendary rave group SL2. DJ’s take control charted in the commercial charts in several countries and was followed by On A Ragga Tip and Way in Brain. Then followed 2 years of euphoric traveling and performing as part of an icon of the rave scene. 

SL2 stopped touring at the end of 1993 and Kelly O was working with producers when approached and asked if she would be the singer for Cappella. She was sent U got 2 Know, loved it and said yes. This took her rave energy and launched it into Eurodance and the world went crazy for it. 

 As Cappella she performed the singles U got 2 Know, U got 2 Let The Music, Move on Baby, U and Me and Move it Up which were hits in more than 30 countries. She toured these countries continuously and had a wild and intense experience working in the music industry. After 2 years of Cappella, Kelly O didn’t want to be a part of it anymore and walked away from music completely.   

Her unique performance style, it seems, was never forgotten and Videos on You Tube have amassed more than 50 million views. Her 28 year disappearance from the public eye was met with intrigue. The audience wanted more and to see Kelly O perform again. Today she is loving every minute of being given the opportunity to change the ending of a chapter of her life she thought was long over.
