Heavily influenced by his fathers (RIP) expansive record collection, Jules Etro’s sound comes from a childhood influenced by a diverse range of genres including jazz, synth pop, rock and electronica.
Some of the early influences include iconic compilations such as Café del Mar and Africanism and artists such as DePhazz, Depeche Mode, amongst others.
Local artists that are bound to feature in his sets include the likes of Moontide, Oddness, Uone, not to mention some global favourites like Avem, Satori and KLIMN.
Jules has been on a musical discovery his whole life, resulting in a unique organic sound with ethnic and hedonistic elements taking you on a slower and deeper journey of musical discovery.
