18-year-old Melbourne artist Dex has found himself at the forefront of the new wave of Australian Hip-Hop sweeping the country in 2017. With the release of his sophomore EP ‘Young Zen’ debuting at #5 on the iTunes Hip/Hop Charts in late 2016,Dex shows a coming of age as an artist well ahead of his time taking listeners on a journey into a pure state of mind and clarity.

A sheer professional, Dex opens a new chapter for Australian hip-hop, fuelled bycharisma and heart. Dex kicked off 2017in stellar fashion with his own headline National Tour performing in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane ahead of joining Australian Hip Hop royalty Bliss N Eso as main support on their Sold Out National Tour, playing to full rooms in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Gold Coast.With a live show historyboasting fifty plus live shows across Australia and Internationally at only 18-years-old it’s no surprise many well-respected industry professionals are dubbing Dex one of the most promising local talents to emerge of late.
