Born in Colombia, living in Melboure for the past 8 years now. Miguel (Lanzer) is a passionate music seeker that always had been keen to express his musical influences that range from rock, punk and hip hop to dance music like funk, electro, house and in the last few years techno.

Back in his country he was part of a metal core band doing vocals for sometime and after a period of time he discovered electronic music and djing. As soon as he arrived in Melbourne he has been working on his own tracks and trying to develop a style that difference him from the popular electronic scene. In 2016, Lanzer and two of his friends started throwing house parties with success what led to create a collective named Cat House which is mainly dedicated to play techno. The collective rapidly escalate around and decided to organise a monthly party happening at venues like the Caz Reitops Dirty Secrets basement in Collingwood and My Aeon in Brunswick with excelent response.

Miguel’s Dj name Lanzer has been set recently and Cat House members are ready to continue working on their monthly party bringing underground techno to Melbourne’s audience. Lastly a live set and the launch of his first EP on Cat House records label are the main projects for 2018.
