The multi-instrumentalist (aka James Toomey) plays piano, guitar and drums, and describes his music as ‘instrumental melodic electronic/house’.

Currently in London, growing up in England’s West Country, studying and living in Newcastle, UK, he also spent five years living and travelling in Asia, where world music and instruments such as the sitar sank into his musical consciousness, leading to a rich melding of cultures.

He’s currently in the midst of dropping his boldest release yet; his double mixtape project ‘11AM/11PM Tapes’, 26 tracks for morning and night across lo-fi, breakbeat, melodic, lively summer-infused house, percussion, and playing piano, guitar and drums throughout.
