The first DJ to sign to a major label in Australia, his breakout single for Virgin, the Big Beat flavoured “Hair” soundtrack sampling  – One More time (The Sunshine Song) went top 20 in several countries including Australia & France while almost at the same time under the disco-tinged alias Chili HiFly he scored the pole position Australian and US Billboard dance chart #1 single “Is It Love” in 2001 which opened the gates for a flood of new Antipodean talent to the world, culminating in Gold records and ground breaking nominations for Best New Artist & Male Artist at the ARIA Awards with his debut album Roadkill.

In the mid-2000’s Simon teamed up with Sam Littlemore (Pnau, Gwen Stefani, Black Eye Peas) to form electro-pop act Tonite Only, who dominated the early global electro club scene with their irresistible singles and remixes for the likes of Sneaky Sound System and The Similou.

Teaming up with Ministry Of Sound Australia since its inception, mixing the very first compilations, touring nationally as a DJ and recording artist he’s also in recent years been working with Ministry of Sound Australia as the Creative Director and DJ / Host for their massively successful national touring Orchestral Classics show as well as being head of A+R for the Music Publishing division -120 publishing which he co-founded in 2010 helping A+R hit singles for acts like PS1, Savage & Timmy Trumpet.
