SX2 – 30 minute guest mix on Brain Food Radio – 10pm to 11:30pm (AEDT) – 18th of October 2022 (guest mix from 11pm)

SX2 is brothers Clive & Scott Sullivan from Waterford, Ireland, who came together for their love of turntablism and sound. They have been slowly crafting their portfolio step by step with their first release in 2021 which saw Clive & Scott release “Adventures On The W4” and remix “Koba’” by Bristol’s MODXI & Chez de Milo on their new home of Disco Halal as part of their Two by Two series.

2022 then saw the brothers finally release their debut EP “Miracle Mayhem” which upon release received praise all over dance floors across the world having been regularly played by Disco Halal boss Moscoman. It also received coverage in FOUR FOUR Magazine, Nialler9, and impacted Beatport’s Indie Dance genre receiving multiple charts from Beatport’s selectors, and also making an appearance in Apple Music’s “New In Electronic” playlist.

For the duo, there is no rule book when it comes to a cut in the studio, or a selection on the dance floor, having covered pretty much every venue in the South East of Ireland, and multiple festival appearances at Waterford’s “Konnect Festival” which saw them share the stage with acts such as Pional, Fort Romeau, Jordan, Eve, and Warren & Kenno.

The biggest fundamental that SX2 follow is one that can sometimes be forgotten, have fun and enjoy the music!
