P41 is the pseudonym on which Edoardo Pietrogrande has focused his musical expression for the past 10 years. Sound engineer and producer of maestro Francesco Tristano and the legendary Detroit duo Octave One, Edo decided to hide behind this alias taking inspiration from the song “dance around Parallel 41” by Zawinul to create a visionary musical journey, suspended between the dancefloor and ambient music.

He has performed live at major international clubs and festivals (Sonar, Club2Club, Rex Paris, Space Ibiza, Amore Festival, Dommune Tokyo, D Edge Sao Paulo, Barrakud festival, Sisyphos , Watergate and Berghain Berlin and several editions of the Boiler room format with Francesco Tristano, Derrick May, Carl Craig, Moritz Von Oswald and other internationally renowned artists).

After the first release on Get Physical music, important collaborations followed with Donato Dozzy, Derrick May on Transmat and a very recent remix for Octave One in the Never on Sunday project. In 2017 he founded together with OminoStanco and Decomposer the label Festina Lente described by Damir Ivic as “the best Italian label you don’t know.”
