With multiple remixes & originals featuring on labels such as Defected Records, Salsoul & Glitterbox and a 34 year DJ Career under his belt, countless DJ awards, 8 international DJ Tours, 28 years studio experience he is no stranger to the music business.

He topped the Juno sales charts with his Surgery Edits series and signed to labels such as Disco Dat, Z Recordings, Midnight Riot, Masterworks Music, Hot Digits and caught the attention of heavyweights such as Joey Negro, Dimitri From Paris, Simon Dunmore, Carl Cox, John Morales, Greg Wilson, Late Nite Tuff Guy all requesting his reworks to play in their DJ set.

His Different Strokes album featuring 18 remixes of artists such as Purple Disco Machine, The Shapeshifters, Kathy Brown, Soulsearcher, Candi Staton to name a few received the No. 2 position overall genres on Traxsource best albums of 2018. Different Strokes volume 2 was also released in June 2020 featuring 26 tracks in total, again topping the charts. His Remixing skills have also resulted in official releases by Legendary artists such as Chaka Khan, Bootsy Collins, Loleatta Holloway, First Choice, Robert Owens, Shirley Lites, Arthur Baker, Barbara Mason and even the mighty Carl Cox all want a piece of Dr Packers vibe. In 2024 Dr. Packer, the disco king, continues to perform worldwide.
