Potato Head and ISMAYA LIVE are excited to announce Sunny Side Up Presents: Nick Murphy fka Chet Faker, two days of cultural happenings that combine music, art and sustainability on Saturday, 21 July. Headlining the fest is Nick Murphy FKA Chet Faker, who’ll be joined by Moon Boots, Basenji, HMGNC and more, all at Potato Head Beach Club along the tropical shores of Bali.

Day One – 21 July 2018 – headliner Nick Murphy fka Chet Faker, is an award-winning multi-platinum singer/songwriter responsible for that rendition of Blackstreet’s “No Diggity” we all know and love. He has a soulful voice which he uses in a wide range of hits such as “Lockjaw” with Flume and in his studio album, Built on Glass.

Moon Boots is an American DJ/producer based out of Brooklyn. His style is unique and can be described as pop house with a blend of jazz, funk and soul which really can’t be categorized. He’s toured with Lupe Fiasco, collaborated with Perseus, and is part of Anjunadeep.

Australian DJ and electronic musician Basenji’s breakout moment came in 2014 during a standout run in Triple J’s Unearthed competition. He was soon signed on to Future Classic where he has been producing pumping pop-oriented dance tracks along with cutting edge remix

HOMOGENIC (stylized as HMGNC) is an Indonesian electro-pop trio from Bandung made up of Amandia Syachridar, Dina Dellyana and Grahadea Kusuf. Their tracks are both in Indonesian and English and can be described as synth-pop with a dose of retro and vaporwave.

Supporting acts include Potato Head’s resident DJs and musical savants Dea, Seabass, Stuart Mclellan and more. Stay tuned.

Since its inception in 2014, Sunny Side Up has built a reputation as one of the leading international music and cultural festivals in the region, set apart by its idyllic tropical setting on the Island of the Gods. Each year, music fans from across Asia and Australia travel to the island in the thousands to experience this one-of-a-kind event in Bali’s iconic, open air venue: Potato Head Beach Club.
