Rainbow Tribe are a band that exists to fight for justice; for the planet and humanity.
A collective of professional musicians, artists and writers from Melbourne, Australia, who write music to shake up minds and booties with their unique form of old skool afrofunk!
Rainbow Tribe’s name comes from the famous African American performer and activist Josephine Baker, who adopted 12 children from different races to show that we can all live together in harmony. It also relates to Native American folklore, that one day the Rainbow Warriors will come together to save our planet from destruction.
Get ready for a show your booty will never forget and see the band who are here to shake up this world. In a time that has never needed it more, this will be a show like no other. Be there, get down and stand up!
