This event has been created with the intention of bringing together our beloved movement community, where you can express yourself freely, and drop in deeper with yourself, and each other.
You are invited to move, play, connect, sweat, stretch, sound, unwind, renew, release, improvise, transform.
Let us come together to release emotion, tension and anything else that no longer serves.
Our facilitators believe dance and movement can be such a support for releasing emotions and blocked energy. That it’s an amazing tool for self-expression and one of the most powerful acts of self-love and self-devotion.
Bringing awareness to the body in this way, allows us to access the primal brain – conditioning, belief systems and imprints from the past.
When given permission to express and FEEL these things, we can transmute and move through them in an incredibly healthy and safe way. Dance and movement is a portal for this to happen. Therefore, allowing us to feel more PLEASURE in everyday life.
Our Ecstatic Dance events offer a safe and respectful environment. One which supports your free expression of emotions and inner space through movement and music.
