An ambassador to the harder styles, his position as a leading Australian DJ has seen Nik headline and hold residencies at venues and legendary club nights all around the country including Voodoo, Bass Station & Bubble he’s also been a major player at raves like Transmission, Pharmacy, Defqon.1 and other festival events over a career that spans 25 year. And lets not forget those legendary mix complications like Downunderground and of course Hard NRG alongside Jason Midro. When it comes to Australia’s rich history in harder styles, Nik embodies the word icon!

Bass Station’s very Jason Midro is arguably one of Australia’s biggest success stories in rave culture. DJ, Radio Host, Journalist, Promoter, Mentor & Producer are just some of the words you can you to describe Jason. Another icon of the sound, Jason launched Bass Station 22 years ago and it went on to become the countries most beloved super clubs pioneering the underground sounds and was the birthplace of Hard Trance in Melbourne. The founder of Ministry Of Sounds classic Hard NRG series, a series that was the soundtrack to a generation of ravers Australia wide, Jason was always at the forefront of pushing the “Sound Of Now“.
