Dylan Francis operating under the alias DILBE is an exciting emerging talent from Gippsland on the south-eastern coast of Victoria. Now based in Melbourne, he brings an eclectic mix of deep, melodic and progressive house and techno to the forefront of the electronic music scene that surrounds him.

Since being based in Australia’s electronic music capital of three years, DILBE has been refining his sound and networking within the elite music scene the city has to offer. Dylan’s first official booking was back in 2019 when he took the stage at the infamous New Year’s gathering The Comfort Zone, and shows his true style through mature track selection and neat mixing capabilities. Since this performance, DILBE has been a regular on the highly regarded Doesn’t Matter roster, which has seen him play as a resident DJ at multiple events held by the collective.
