Hailing from the land of the long white cloud (New Zealand), Undefined has spent over a decade perfecting the craft of DJing a wide variety of bass-heavy electronic music – most considerably the stompier, darker side of Drum & Bass.

His latest creative project, The Tech Collective, has seen a flurry of local and international gigs take flight within the Melbourne Neuro and Tech Drum & Bass scene.

Animate was exposed to dance music from an early age. Pioneers of the genre such as Leftfield, Orbital, The Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy are just some of the inspirations that helped him develop his passion for electronic music.

Growing up on the outskirts of London, Animate was a mere child when Drum and Bass took it’s earliest forms. Hearing mixes from the likes of LTJ Bukem, Goldie and Omni Trio are what helped shape him into the DJ he is today.

Now located in Melbourne running the ‘Beat Spectrum’ record label and a core member of The Tech Collective, he looks to deliver creative and diverse mixes with nothing but the freshest beats available.
