Vini Vici is the project of Aviram Saharai & Matan Kadosh, both well known & experienced electronic music producers for over a decade.
The concept of ‘Vini Vici’ was formed as an attempt by the boys to express their love for the old school sound paired with their progressive ideas.
‘Iboga Records’ and ‘FM Bookings’, widely considered to be the biggest psy trance label and booking agency, was the first to see the potential of the project and invite them to be part of their well respected family alongside such names as: Ace Ventura, Liquid Soul, Ticon, Captain Hook, Atmos, and the like.
After the huge success of their premier EP ‘Divine Mode’ and their follow-up ‘Back Underground’, ‘Expender’, ‘Anything & Everything’, and ‘Veni Vidi Vici’ tracks (All top sellers at ‘Beatport’ and ‘Iboga Records’ charts), produced while massively touring the world nonstop – Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Switzerland, Finland, France, India, Denmark, Germany, Unites State, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Australia, Serbia, Netherland, Scotland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel…..
– it’s no surprise ‘Beatport’ places them as the #3 Top Artist of 2014.
2015 was a huge step forward for the boys with the release of their debut album ‘Vini Vici – Future Classics’, Hitting Beatport Main Chart #2 (psytrance #1) a place where very few psy trance artists stand before followed by ‘psyshop’ #1 and ‘TrackItDown’ #1 spots while legendary ‘Infected Mushroom’ named them as “the best psy trance upcoming artists at the moment” and trance king ‘Armin Van Buuren’ edited their already classic tune ‘The Tribe’ and featured them at is legendary ‘ASOT’ radio show over and over again.
Finishing 2015 with a bang! the boys ranked by ‘Beatport’ as #1 ‘PsyTrance’ Artist and ‘Best Selling Track’ of 2015 sliding into historical 2016 when ‘Vini Vici’ Remix of ‘Hilight Tribe – Free Tibet’ gain over 15,000,000 listeners on ‘YouTube’ & 5,000,000 plays on ‘Soundcloud’, hitting the #2 spot at ‘Beatport’ MAIN! chart and becoming the first Psytrance track ever entered the ‘Beatport’ main ‘Top 10’.
After such a outstanding beginning of 2016 it is no surprise it’s became ‘Vini Vici’ best year so far, some even might say ‘The Vini Vici Year’ with over 220 shows in some of the most prestigious electronic music events on the globe, ‘A State Of Trance Festival’ Amsterdam, ‘Tomorrowland’ Belgium, ‘Boom Festival’ Portugal, ‘E.D.C’ U.S.A, ‘Ultra’ Brazil, Dreamstate U.S.A, ‘Transmission’ Czech Republic, ’Experience’ Brazil, ‘Vuuv’ Germany, ‘Sunburn’ Goa,‘Luminosity’ Netherland, ‘Earthcore’ Australia, ‘Unity’ Israel just to name a few….
Keeping their #1 spot as ‘Beatport’ #1 ‘PsyTrance’ Artist and ‘Best Selling’ Track for the second year in a row leading a new generation of psytrance fan’s and producers to their style.
Just before ending 2016 comes the jewel in the crown, a coloration with no other then one of the solid foundation of modern electronic music ‘Armin Van Buuren’ featuring french band ‘Hilight Tribe’ to their ‘Great Spirit’ creation which immediately take over the ‘Beatport’ Main Chart! and gain more then 1,000,000 views at ‘YouTube’ in just 2 weeks and take them one step closer to what have became their life’s goal, spreading the Psytrance culture and energy to the world.

After its successful debut last Summer in both Sydney and Melbourne featuring Ricardo Villalobos, Audion, Pan-Pot, Agents of Time and Nastia, Tell No Tales will return for a special Winter show in Melbourne. Hardware is taking the party indoors this time, to the place where techno parties all began way back when: The Docklands – Shed 14.
This special Tell No Tales “Winter Edition” will see the return of legendary artist – Richie Hawtin. It’s been four years since Richie has performed in Melbourne and this will be his only DJ performance in Melbourne, complementing his show as part of the Vivid festival in Sydney. HARDWARE are thrilled to welcome him back.
Italian techno DJ/Producer Joseph Capriati joins Hawtin for this much anticipated second instalment of Tell To Tales, returning to his eager Australian fanbase, who are still talking about his debut tour as part of PURE last year. It seems that Melbourne fans were quite drawn to his brand of slick and emotive techno, and Hardware are looking forward to presenting Joseph’s infectious energy once again.
Local heroes Mike Callander, Eric Powell and JYDN & Ben Mac will round out the lineup.

The next installment of UK Garage in AUSTRALIA for June 2017 is here….
For this one we are going proper BACK TO THE OLD SKOOL
Mc Kie is known world wide, as one of, if not THE most, versatile, professional and commercially acceptable mc’s within the UK Garage scene. He has been at the top of his game for the past 15 years and it does not look like this will be coming to an end very soon.
Over the years Kie, along with his partner in rhyme MC Sparks, has released numerous club anthems, the first and definitely the most prolific being FLY BI which by many is considered the number 1 UK garage MC anthem ever. As well as Fly Bi there has been Joy (2000 Remix), Love Come Down, Flow, Double Impact and more recently So Squalid, a record produced by mumdance featuring Sparks and Kie which really highlights 15 years on that Kie can hold his own when featuring on a club anthem.
MC Vapour is an international Underground Inspiration to literally Thousands of people all over the world and has loyal fans everywhere and many aspiring artists in the UK. One of the Cleverest, most accurate, charismatic, most repected and entertaining artists of our time, and hopes to one day go mainstream without changing a thing about himself or his music.
WHO DOESN’T KNOW the tune ‘MOVE YOUR BODY’ (School) ?
Mike Ruff Cut Lloyd
Ruff Cut’s one of the original dons.He is respected and noted as one of the leading lights of the UK Garage scene. He is renowned for his storming upfront sets and flair for acknowledging what a crowd wants. Utilising the skills he developed in the early Hip Hop era, Mike provides an element of cutting up and scratching to his sets that makes him stand out from the crowd.
Ruff Cut’s career has seen him jump from pirate to pirate in the 90s before cementing himself in the UKG canon with his show on Choice FM back when you couldn’t move for Locked On 12″s and Dreem Teem remixes.

Part theatre performance, part get up and dance, The Inaugural Annual Dance Affair is an all-ages dance event that immerses everyone in an evening of old time and new time dance floor magic, taking over Hawthorn Arts Centre on 20 and 21 July.
Bringing together diverse community groups, the event promises to be the ultimate night at the dance hall. Participants include the fabulous and elegant dance group Vietnamese Senior Citizens, an amazing collection of women who all arrived in Australia in the late seventies as refugees during the Vietnam War. Their leading lady is Yen Bui, an inspiring and incredibly funny woman who unites her dancers in a traditional routine.
Also on the line-up is the electric nine-man band Sex on Toast, bringing their hip-swinging synth-funk to Hawthorn, and charming MC Ian Pidd (Everybody NOW!).
From the two-step to the tango, to a cheeky cha cha, and a waltz to funky free-styling grooves, The Inaugural Annual Dance Affair go-goes its way through a celebration of decades of dance.
The stories of local legends featured in the award-winning commemorative book Boroondara Remembers: Stories of World War I will be shared in honour of the former Hawthorn Town Hall’s historical ties to both world wars and other conflicts and peacekeeping operations.
